1. Order Processing Time

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as logistics delays, weather, or customs inspections.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number (if applicable) via email or WhatsApp.
  • For export orders, tracking will be provided by the shipping carrier or freight forwarder.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
  • In case of damaged items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and shipment details.

  • Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer upon dispatch from our warehouse, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
  • Ownership of goods remains with Mac Malvi until full payment is received (for domestic or export orders, depending on agreed terms).

  • Export shipments are subject to the destination country’s customs rules and import regulations.
  • Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and tax information.
  • Any additional charges (duties, taxes, or customs fees) incurred are the responsibility of the buyer.
